Who we are
OpsaFlow is a systems engineering consultancy based at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Questions go to hello@opsaflow.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us: your name, email address, and whatever you write when you email us. Our website has no contact form, does not require an account, and does not ask for payment details.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to discuss the work it concerns, and to carry out any engagement you go on to agree with us. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records relating to a signed engagement are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict that use. Email hello@opsaflow.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
