These terms govern your use of the OpsaFlow website. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written contract, which takes precedence over anything on this page. OpsaFlow is based at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris.

Use of the site

You may read and share this site freely. You may not attempt to disrupt it, access parts of it you have not been given access to, or reuse its content as your own.

No warranty on site content

The descriptions, timelines, and technical statements on this site are informational. They do not form an offer or a guarantee of any particular outcome. Scope, timelines, and deliverables are agreed per engagement, in writing.

Intellectual property

The OpsaFlow name, logo, and site content belong to OpsaFlow. Work produced under a signed engagement is assigned as set out in that engagement's contract.

Governing law
